Ready to promote export

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Saratov Region held a working meeting with the head of the autonomous non-commercial organization «Export Support Center» Anatoly Mamedov, on March 1. The event was attended by the President of the Chamber Alexei Antonov, Saratov Customs officials, representatives of banks, business community, Customs’ and Chamber’s experts.
Greeting the guests, Alexei Antonov reminded that Export Support Centre of the Saratov Region was established in 2017 by the Investment Policy and Property Relations Committee of the Saratov Region along with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Saratov Region. “Export support center task is to attract the possible maximum number of SME, increasing a turnover.” – The President emphasized.
Anatoly Mamedov paid attention on the Centre functions and its possibilities. According to the expert, SME aimed at exporting faces obstacles that take away not only the time and money, but often the desire to run a business. The Export Support Centre, being a state support mechanism, is ready to play a mediating role in organizing the entire chain of goods to external markets, from expertise and logistics to the search for specific foreign partners and marketing points. The task of the centre today is to find reliable partners in the banking, customs, transport, logistics and support areas for the cooperative movement of Saratov Region exporters.
The chief of Saratov Customs Post, Irina Borodina, noted that the introduction of automatic registration and automatic Export declaration technology allows to pass customs processing for a few minutes, it's significantly lower than the time limits set by law. All operations are carried out at the customs post electronically. Such an approach by the customs emloyees promotes the region's products to foreign markets. Irina Borodina invited the Centre to arrange legal assistance to support exports FEA on registration certificates and licenses for exported products, which will also expedite the process of export of goods.
The participants of meeting expressed their readiness to cooperate and discussed possible ways of interaction and collaboration with Export Support Center the next year.
