The Saratov Region rose to 25 positions in the national ranking of investment climate

The presentation of the national ranking results took place today in the framework of the International Economic Forum that is taking place in St. Petersburg these days.

The leader of the ranking (as it was last year) – the Republic of Tatarstan. The first five includes the Chuvash Republic, Moscow, Tula and Kaluga Region. The best dynamics of the 20 leaders in the integral indicator have been demonstrated by Voronezh, Ivanov, Leningrad, Kostroma and Moscow Regions.

The Saratov Region is located on 35 position.

General Director of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), Svetlana Chupsheva reported: “51 region has improved its integrated rating. The average rating index grew by 5.3 points".

The national ranking of the investment climate in the Russian Federation subjects is drawn up by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives together with the leading business associations and assesses the effectiveness of the regional authorities in building a supportive business environment.
