Rental rates under leases for non-residential premises of business incubator:

first year of the lease – 40 per cent;
second year of the lease – 60 per cent;
third year of the lease – 80 per cent is from the market value of the rental payments determined on the independent evaluator's report.

Characteristics of the premises provided beginner entrepreneur to the lease:

clean finishing of the premises;
availability of office equipment and сomputers;
a telephone with a city and long-distance link;
access to the Internet through fibre channel;
shared fax, copy machine, color printer, scanner.
