Modern technology and the high technology equipment used will ensure the quality of products in conformity with European quality standards, lower costs, and ensure environmental safety of production.

At the moment the piles of phosphogypsum fib are the largest open waste storage in the Saratov Region, which cannot but pose a threat to the ecology of the region. The reprocessing of phosphogypsum will solve the problem of disposing this type of technological waste.

Project implementation phase:

Expert review of raw materials (phosphogypsum) in Germany.
A cooperation agreement has been signed with Balakovo branch JSC Apatit in the supply of raw materials, water and sewage reception.
Grecenbah (Germany) has developed a plant footprint and equipment for a gkl and GWP line;
An investment contract has been concluded.
Made land uptake by future production in the vicinity of the Balakovo branch JSC Apatit.
The transfer of land from the land of agricultural to industrial land.
Project estimates are being developed, master design is implemented (activities are very slow due to funding problems).

Project implementation period: 2014-2017.

Main socio-economic indicators of the project:

Total investment amount to 65.3 million euro (~ 4 500 million rubles).
The creation of 120 new workplaces is planned.
Payback period is 5 years.
