An appeal received by the direct line of the Investment Portal is subject to review within 10 days from the date of its registration.
The process of contacting a direct line
- step 1 The direction of treatment through a straight line
- step 2 Registration of the appeal (carried out on the day of the appeal)
- step 3 Appointment of a responsible employee (no later than the day following the day of registration)
- step 4 Consideration of the appeal by the relevant executive authority
- step 5 Receiving a response to a request within no more than 10 working days
You can send an appeal on the following issues:
- implementation of an investment project by an investor
- investor's interaction with local governments
- assistance to an investor in the selection of a land plot for the implementation of an investment project
- providing the investor with forms of state support established by the legislation of the Saratov region
- assistance to the investor in the infrastructural provision of a land plot for the implementation of an investment project
- other issues arising from an investor implementing or envisaging the implementation of an investment project
