This federal law defines the framework of legal regulation the relations arising in connection with the preparation of a public-private partnership project, municipal-private partnership project, conclusion, implementation and termination public-private partnership agreement or municipal-private partnership agreement, including the government authorities powers, local self-government powers, establishes guarantees of the rights and legitimate interests of the partners on the public-private partnership agreement or municipal-private partnership agreement.
