actively attracting Russian and foreign investments to the Saratov region by strengthening international and interregional ties in the region
creation of regional development institutions (corporations, agencies, etc.), including sectoral ones, ensuring the formation of modern production infrastructure, search and attraction of investments in the regional economy, interaction with representatives of priority clusters
