Subsidies

The provision on the provision of this subsidy was approved by the decree of the Regional Government No. 695-P dated August 23, 2021.

The recipients of the subsidy are industrial enterprises that carry out activities in the Saratov region that fall under the category of economic activity “Manufacturing production”, as well as under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, namely:

• 10.51 Production of by-products of milk processing (casein, milk sugar, whey protein isolate, dry demineralized whey for infant formula, minor proteins)
• 10.86.5 Production of infant formula for preventive and therapeutic purposes
• 10.86.64 Production of enteral nutrition products
• 10.89.4 Production of food enzymes
• 10.89.8 Production of biologically active food supplements
• 10.91.3 Production of feed microbiological protein, feed vitamins, amino acids and enzymes
• 13 Production of textiles
• 14 Production of clothing
• 15 Production of leather and leather goods
• 16 Wood processing and production of wood and cork products, except furniture, production of straw products and wickerwork materials
• 17 Production of paper and paper products
• 20 (except for subgroups 20.14.1, 20.15.8, 20.59.2, 20.59.6), including 20.53 (except for those used in food production) Production of chemicals and chemical products 
  
• 21 Production of medicines and materials used for medical purposes 
• 22 Production of rubber and plastic products
• 23 Production of other non-metallic mineral products
• 24 (except for group 24.46) Metallurgical production
• 25 Production of finished metal products, except machinery and equipment
• 26 Production of computers, electronic and optical products
• 27 Production of electrical equipment
• 28 Production of machinery and equipment not included in other groups
• 29 Production of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers
• 30 Production of other transport vehicles and equipment
• 31 Production of furniture
• 32 Production of other finished products
• 33 Repair and installation of machinery and equipment

Subsidies are provided in the amount of no more than 50 percent of the amount of actual costs incurred by industrial enterprises related to the acquisition of new equipment, and no more than 20 million rubles per recipient of the subsidy.

The equipment submitted for subsidies must be new, unused, and belong in accordance with the All-Russian Classifier of Products by Type of Economic Activity to the classes:

· 26 - Computer, electronic and optical equipment

· 27 - Electrical equipment

· 28 - Machinery and equipment not included in other groups

With the exception of subclass - 28.3 - Machinery and equipment for agriculture and forestry.

The amount of the subsidy in 2025 is 56,259.9 thousand rubles.
