The project was implemented in the territory of the Engelssky Municipal District.

The plant is located in the rented building of the “Trolza”company and occupies an area of 12 000 sq. metres. The building was constructed in 1964 and until the beginning of 2014 was used to assemble the trolleybuses chassis. During the year and a half, the building was fully repaired: the floor, the roof, the communications, the thermal insulation of the wall, the ventilation, the elevation – in other words the entire production code of the Bosch Group was replaced.

There are realised modern steel panel radiators Buderus for the russian market at the factory of the Bosch Thermotechnology, – Logatrend K-Profil and Buderus VK-Profil with side and bottom connections. These reliable, environmentally safe and energy-efficient radiators can be used in any heating system – from new buildings to the secondary real estate market, buildings of the last century, offices, shops, apartment buildings, private cottages.
