The project was implemented in the territory of the Engelssky Municipal District.

LLC “Bosch Heating Systems” produces in Engels industrial and household gas boilers for heating and hot water supply.

Following the strategy of Bosch "local for local" products are supplied to markets of the Russian Federation and CIS under the brand Bosch and Buderus.

The area of the hull is 8.000 sq. meters – combines production and logistics areas, office space, as well as laboratory for the development of base household gas boiler.

The products include a line of industrial gas boilers of the Bosch – power from 2.5 to 6.5 MW and the household gas boilers for heating and hot water supply. As a result of the new production capacity in the Saratov Region, company began supplying the russian market with a fully updated line of household domestic boilers. These are the first wall boilers of russian production under international brands. The equipment is designed specifically for local operating conditions. In particular, it is able to carry voltage surges in the power grid and work with different gas pressures on the network without reconfiguring.

The company plans to implement energy efficiency measures, including the introduction of modern technology and equipment that is ready to start producing at the Bosch plants. As specialists say “It is not always a question of completely replacing the existing equipment. Sometimes to increase its energy efficiency, it is sufficient to modernize what is already installed. However, it should be borne in mind that most of the same heating boilers that are used in our region have been produced in soviet times. In European countries, the transition to energy-efficient equipment occurred in the 1960s. Most of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation do not have the means to do so. Now, under sanctions, opportunities are even less. The Bosch experts are considered to be more profitable to build domestic production. By investing in energy efficiency programmes in our region, you can launch a pilot project on its basis. And show the whole country how you can save real money.

All the more there is ability to produce the necessary equipment in the Bosch factories. The production site Bosch Engels is represented by 4 enterprises. The sales volume of the company across Russia is 68 billion rubles. Enterprises employ more than 3500 people. The company plans to further strengthen its position on the Russian market.
