On investment activities in the Russian Federation in form of capital investment
This federal law defines the legal and economic basic for investment activities in the form of capital investments on the territory of the Russian Federation, establishes guarantees protection equality concerning rights, interests and property of investment activities subjects, irrespective of an ownership form.

On foreign investment in the Russian Federation
This federal law defines the basic guarantees for foreign investors and describes the business environment on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The law is to attract and effective usage of foreign materials and financial resources, advanced engineering and technology, management expertise, as well as to ensure stability conditions for foreign investors and compliance of legal framework for foreign investments with the norms of international law and international practice of investment cooperation.

On the most-favoured-nation treatment for investors in the Saratov Region
This law is aimed at development of investment activity creating for investors, implementing investment projects on the territory of the Saratov Region, most-favoured-nation basis, to increase the tax base and revenue budgets at all levels, as well as in accordance with the federal laws sets form and terms for investors, realizing investment projects on the territory of the Saratov region, exemption treatment and forms of direct participation of public authorities in the investment activity sphere.
