development and implementation of a comprehensive scheme of preferential development, providing for the territorial zoning of the region according to growth points, the functioning of the territory of advanced socio-economic development, a special economic zone, a network of industrial parks and technoparks, transport and logistics infrastructure facilities, as well as the maximum use of economic and geographical potential
actively attracting Russian and foreign investments to the Saratov region by strengthening international and interregional ties in the region
creation of regional development institutions (corporations, agencies, etc.), including sectoral ones, ensuring the formation of modern production infrastructure, search and attraction of investments in the regional economy, interaction with representatives of priority clusters
development of a business support system in the field of;
reduction of administrative barriers and costs for entrepreneurs related to the preparation and implementation of investment projects, development of necessary infrastructure, formation of mechanisms for working with investors and their problems
